Man caught for secretly snapping photos of women at Mazar-e-Quaid

KARACHI – In an act of bravery, a girl on Wednesday caught a man allegedly involved in harassing women through immoral activities at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi.

According to a private news channel, the accused was sneakily taking pictures of women with his mobile phone at the final resting place of the founder of Pakistan when the girl caught him and snatched his cell phone.

The brave lady also recovered photos of her and three other female tourists from the device during the search. She also tried to film the happening while the suspect was hiding his face.

The mausoleum is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in Karachi which is visited by numbers of citizens on a daily basis.

The girl said that the Mazar-e-Quaid was a respectable place where people come with their families to pay homage to the founder of Pakistan, adding that it is also a tourist place.

“I was making his video to expose this person,” he added.

The suspect was later handed over to the administration of the tomb but he was freed without any legal action against him despite the girl’s pressure.
