ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan expressed his shocking grief over the Joint Investigation Team (JIT)’s findings which revealed that Baldia town factory was put ablaze deliberately by a political party.
“Shocking to see such inhuman callousness by extortionist mafia which set fire to Baldia Town factory killing over 258 workers,” Khan said in a message posted on Twitter.
“Our ruling elite has complete disregard for lives of ordinary citizens. There must be an end to mafia politics & armed wings of pol (political) parties,” he tweeted.
The JIT report, which was submitted to the court by the Rangers yesterday, a suspect, who is currently in the custody of paramilitary force has confessed to setting a factory to fire, which killed nearly 300 factory works.
