Gen Raheel Sharif can take charge as PM, hints Hafiz Hussain Ahmed
SIBI - The leader of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal, Hafiz Hussain Ahmed has expressed that the former Army chief General (r) Raheel Sharif could be the next Prime Minister of the country.

According to media reports, the head of MMA's Rabita Committee said that the chances of permanent PM's appointment exceed as compared to caretaker PM.

The politician opined that the situation would be better in Balochistan if the true democratic leaders are chosen, adding that China Pakistan Economic Corridor had been turned into Lahore centric Economic Corridor.

Hussain asserted that the new electoral delimitations changed the constituencies ahead of next elections but hastened to add that the issue should not be made an excuse to delay the elections.

Though Hafiz Hussain's remarks regarding Gen Raheel Sharif might appear surprising,  it was first claimed by Daily Khabrain that a decision regarding setting up a caretaker government for next three years under Raheel Sharif had been made in order to make Pakistan a corruption-free country.

The report also mentioned that all institutions wanted to get rid of menaces nurturing under the current political system, for which Raheel Sharif would be assigned the crucial duty.
