Govt to ensure security of media houses in Karachi: Interior Minister

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday met security expert Ikram Sehgal and reviewed the progress of matters agreed to ensure the security of media houses, during past visits of the Interior Minister to Karachi.

According to a press release, the Interior Minister said a framework is being formed regarding security of media houses in Karachi and the Sindh government is completely informed about it.

The federal and Sindh governments will together implement the framework for security of media houses, he said, adding the prepared framework for security of media houses would later be adopted in other big cities.
