KASUR (Web Desk) – A man allegedly strangled his newborn baby girl to death in Punjab’s Kasur district.
Shamim Bibi, mother of the child, filed a complaint, stating that her husband strangled his newborn baby girl to death and buried her in the courtyard of his home.
“I gave birth to a baby girl late Saturday night at a maternity centre, soon after I came back home with the baby girl, my husband Sher Alam became furious, snatched her from my hands and strangled her to death,” Shamim said.
Following Shamim’s complaint, police officials found the newborn baby’s body, and claim to have arrested Alam. Police registered a case against the fater under sections 302, 311 and 201 of PPC.
