ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Transparency International has declared the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) agreement illegal.
In a letter to the Pakistan State Oil (PSO), Transparency International said that the agreement with Qatar was not between governments, 92newshd reported.
It said that the secret agreement was in violation of the PEPRA rules.
