Muhammad Hafeez to undergo bowling action test on November 17

LAHORE: All-rounder Muhammad Hafeez will undergo bowling action test on Thursday, November 17 at Brisbane, Australia.

International Cricket Council (ICC) said on Tuesday that Hafeez will undergo bowling action test on November 17, Dawn News confirmed the report via its sources.

“Bowling action Test of Muhammad Hafeez will be taken on November 17 at Brisbane,” said ICC spokesman.

“Lougborough and Cardiff ruled out as they can’t furnish the reports of Hafeez’s bowling test for some weeks, so we are trying to send him to Brisbane and try to get a result before Pakistan’s series against Australia,” the spokesman said.

In July 2015, Hafeez was banned from bowling in international cricket for 12 months after his action was found to be illegal for the second time since November 2014.
