Former cricketer Saeed Anwar in trauma after Junaid Jamshed s death

CHITRAL – Former Pakistani cricketer star Saeed Anwar has reportedly suffered from serious trauma after the death of renowned preacher Junaid Jamshed.

According to Daily Jang, Saeed, who was a close companion of the deceased and was part of the same missionary group in Chitral, spends most of the time mourning the death of Junaid Jamshed in a plane crash on Wednesday that took lives of 46 other people.

Worshippers in the mosque have claimed that Saeed was suffering from anticipatory anxiety just half an hour before the crash took place. “He was very sad and restless, and eventually when the news of plane’s crash came, Saeed bursted into tears,” claimed the worshippers.

“Saeed Anwar was asked to accompany Junaid on the flight but he refused given his pending tasks with the missionary group,” one of the worshippers said.
