ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Monday said the teachings of great poet philosopher Allama Muhammad Iqbal are profound guidance for youth as they seek to understand the nature their destiny and religion.
In a special message on Iqbal Day, Khan said we must embrace Iqbal’s revolutionary spirit and intrepid imagination; and passionate commitment to social Justice and dignity of selfhood.
He said that Iqbal urged us to be like the Shaheen rather than vulture which preys on the dead.
“Iqbal talks of discovering the human potential after liberating one’s self and soaring like the Shaheen,” he said.
