Rangers take notice of attacks on journalists in Karachi

KARACHI (Staff Report) – Sindh Rangers have taken a serious notice of recent incidents of targeted killings in Karachi, the spokesperson said on Wednesday.

In last 24 hours as many as two journalists have been gunned down in the port city while two other citizens were also targeted in another separate incident.

According to Rangers spokesperson few militant groups want to destabilize the law and order situation of Karachi once again.

Earlier today  senior journalist Aftab Alam was killed in a suspected target attack in Sector 11-C, North Karachi outside his residence. Last night, a Geo News technical engineer was shot dead in Bahadurabad area.
