‘I had come under pressure before the Supreme Court’s bench’ Azam said while assuring that he would be recording his statement in written form.

Additional sessions judge Raja Asif remarked that he needed not to be scared as the court would protect him.

Raja Asif observed that Raja Khurram’s bail plea was still pending adding that the plaintiff should submit an affidavit in the court so that the court could decide on the pending bail petition.

It is relevant to mention that Tayyaba’s father granted pardon to Raja Khurram last month as well following which Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar had taken a suo-moto notice.

The affluent Khan and his wife were booked after the 10-year-old Tayyaba recorded her shocking statement regarding the brutal torture before the police in the presence of Assistant Commissioner Potohar Nisha Ishtiaq.
