ISLAMABAD – New Online Complaint Management and Feedback System of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) will be launched on Friday.
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan will launch the system at a ceremony in Islamabad.
The system will allow any NADRA applicant to register a complaint against a NADRA employee who may have treated the applicant in an unprofessional or discourteous manner.
