At his media briefing in Washington, Deputy Spokesperson of US State Department Mark Toner said it is in our own interest to cooperate in Pakistan's anti-terrorism efforts.
The Deputy Spokesperson also appreciated Pakistan's sacrifices in the war on terror.
To a question, he said that Pakistan was one of the main stakeholders involved in bringing Afghan Taliban to table for talks with Ashraf Ghani's government.
