OKARA – Five people of a family were killed when a roof of house collapsed in Madina Town area of Renala near Okara on Wednesday.
According to rescue officials, one woman and three children are among the deceased. One injured was recovered from the rubble.
“The incident took place when a construction of a house’s second storey was in progress”, the official said.
The injured person has been shifted to nearby hospital where his condition is said to be a critical.
The locals removed the debris on self-help basis.
