INVERNESS, Florida (Web Desk) – A gun shop owner in United States is making headlines for selling “Muslim free zone” signs.
Andy Hallinan owns Florida Gun Supply in Citrus County. He recently started selling these signs to stir things up, WFTS reported.

“What we are finding is that people are afraid of radical Islam. They are afraid of political correctness,” said Hallinan. “What these signs are meant to do is if you see something say something. It’s definitely something humorous. And we don’t in any way think every Muslim is bad,” said Hallinan.
The signs look like stop signs and cost $24.99.
According to WFTS, Hallinan made international headlines back in July for declaring his shop a ‘Muslim free zone.’ Since then, he said he’s received thousands of calls and emails.
The Council on American-Islamic relations (CAIR) filed a lawsuit against the shop owner, but a federal judge threw it out last month.
CAIR argued calling the store a Muslim free zone amounted to religious discrimination.
The judge ruled the store’s policy “did not present an imminent and concrete threat to Muslim people.”
Presidential contender Donald Trump’s recent statements about banning all Muslim entry to the United States seem to echo what Hallinan’s been talking about.

“If we don’t have data behind who they are, we don’t know who their ties are. We don’t know who these people are coming overseas,” said Hallinan.
“Just because someone is wearing a turban doesn’t make them a terrorist,” said Jessica Sensini, a resident of Citrus County.
Sensini said she can imagine some of her fellow Florida residents buying one, but she won’t be one of them.
“This country (United States of America) was built on freedom of religion and immigrants, so people need to be more educated on that fact,” she said.
“What these signs are meant to do is if you see something say something. It’s definitely something humorous. And we don’t in any way think every Muslim is bad,” said Hallinan.
