Afghan president calls PM Nawaz, vow to root out terrorism

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has called Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and congratulated him after the violent death of the mastermind of Army Public School while both leaders vowed to eradicate terrorism in the area.

The spokesperson of PM housed said in his statement that Afghan president called PM via telephone and both leaders discussed the bilateral ties, war against terrorism and overall situation of the area

On the occasion, Ashraf Ghani told that the mastermind of APS attack was killed in allied forces air strike with his four allies and it was time to thank because the APS tragedy was one of the big terrorist acts.

PM Nawaz conveyed his gratitude to Ghani over the killing of the terrorists behind the APS attack, adding that Pakistan was fighting the War on Terror and was committed to eradicating every single terrorist from its land.

“Terrorists are the joint enemy of Pakistan and Afghanistan, therefore, both courtiers making joint efforts can root out this threat,” he appended.
