World T20: West Indies beat England by 6 wickets

MUMBAI (Web Desk) – West Indian Chris Gayle’s unbeaten hundred helped his team chase down the enormous target of 183.

West Indies plays in the third Super-10s game of ICC World Twenty20 2016 at Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai.

Skipper Daren Sammy invited England to bat first on a flat track.

England’s batsmen made good use of conditions and put up a sizable total of 182/6 in first 20 overs.

Joer Root (48), Buttler (30) and Morgen (27*) helped England to post a good total on the board.

English pacers kept Gayle quite in first 6 overs of the match, which indicated that they might steal the show tonight.

But, no sooner England introduced openers, Chrish Gayle, from 12 (14) at one stage, completed his fifty of 27 balls, and then scored another WT20 Hundred on just 47 balls with 11 sixes.

West Indies chased down the giant-looking total in just 18.1 overs with 6 wickets in hand.

Gayle was chosen Man of The Match for his unbeaten hundred.
