ISLAMABAD – The Senate on Monday unanimously approved a resolution recommending the government to celebrate 7th September officially and declare it as a national holiday.
The resolution said, on this day, the Parliament of Pakistan unanimously declared Qadianis as a non-Muslims minority.
It noted that indeed that day was historical not just for Pakistan, but for the entire Muslim world as the long sustained struggle of the Muslims ultimately became successful.
Later, the House was prorogued.
