PUNE (Web Desk) – The shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial ‘Bajirao Mastani’, starring Ranveer Singh, ran into rough weather yesterday after a man was allegedly assaulted by security guards stationed on the sets of the film.
The man identified as advocate Wajid Khan later lodged a police complaint against director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and lead actor Ranveer Singh.
Wajid Khan has alleged in his complaint that he was on his way to the Rajwada in Bhor to attend a programme when he was stopped by Sanjay Leela Bhansali who asked him about his identity.
Wajid Khan further alleges that Ranveer Singh too, without thinking for a second ordered the security guards to kick him out.
A complaint has been lodged under charges of sections 323, 504 and 506 of IPC. Team ‘Bajirao Mastani’ are yet to officially react on the issue.
