PCB chief to meet Sindh CM to discuss PSL hosting on Wednesday

KARACHI – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi will hold a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Wednesday to to discuss matters pertaining to host Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches in Karachi.

The announcement regarding the meeting was made by Sethi on his Twitter account, saying that “I am meeting Sindh CM tomorrow to start preparation for PSL matches in Karachi”.

The PCB chairman was also happy on his success after the Sri Lankan team confirmed its tour to Pakistan for a T20I match later this month.

He tweeted as saying, “Great win! Great news too about the Lahore T20. Hope the fans are smiling 🙂 Pakistan Zindabad”.

In a three-match T20I, the first two matches will be played in UAE, while the third match will be played in Lahore in an effort to restore international cricket in Pakistan after the World-XI.

It is the first tour by the Sri Lankan team after it was came under attack in 2009 near Liberty Chowk in Lahore.

According to media reports, the prices of tickets for the match will be available within the range of Rs500 to Rs4,000.
