Maryam took to Twitter and lamented that it had been five days but she was not able to tend to her father who is imprisoned at the Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore.
Maryam also warned that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader would not disclose his pain to anyone else.
I am still waiting for the permission to meet MNS. He is unwell & its been 5 days that I have no access to him. Not even his personal physician has been allowed to see him.

"A humble reminder: Force of retribution never sleeps," she stated.
Seeking prayers for the three-time prime minister, Maryam expressed that there was no way she could get any information about his [Nawaz] health.

The ex-premier was sent to seven years behind bars in the Al-Azizia Steel Mills reference by the accountability court in Islamabad in December last year.
Nawaz Sharif was also convicted in the Avenfiled reference by the accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir, however, he was granted bail by the Islamabad High Court.
Sharif’s plea for bail on medical grounds in the Al-Azizia Steel Mills reference conviction was turned down by the Islamabad High Court following which moved the Supreme Court and requested an early hearing of the case.
The three-time prime minister has been relocated between Kot Lakhpat Jail and hospital multiple times on the recommendation of the medical board.
His plea for bail would be heard by the supreme court on March 19th.
