Gull Bihar, the father of the victim has lodged a complaint with local police stating that he was present at the time of the incident when his elder daughter Humaira Bahar, 22, attacked his younger daughter with a knife over a cooking dispute. The girl succumbed to injuries.
Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
