ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Local court on Friday issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) sit-in facilitator Asif Nazir Butt aka DJ Butt for not appearing before the court for hearing in violation of Article 144 and Amplifier Act case.
Butt is facing a lawsuit under Article 144 and Amplifier Act during PTI sit-ins in D-Chowk. The court ordered Secretariat Police Station’s Station House Officer (SHO) to arrest the violator.
Earlier, PTI and Butt had entered a rough patch due to payment-related issues. However, the party supporter ended rift on receiving less than his demand.
