ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has taken a serious notice of a recent statement about Saudi Arabia by Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination Riaz Hussain Pirzada terming it irresponsible.
According to media reports Riaz Hussain had blamed Saudi Arabia for destabilizing the governments in Pakistan and other Muslim countries. Saudis were providing funds to promote their ideology, he explained.
Prime Minister has asked the minister come forward with an explanation of his statement while speaking at a think tank.
Sources in government said that the statement could cause confusion among closely tied Muslim countries.
