PATNA – Indian state Bihar’s deputy chief minister has received 44,000 marriage proposals on a WhatsApp contact number.
The Younger son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, 26-year-old Tejashwi had provided the number for complaints about bad roads.
According to Indian media, “out of 47,000 message received on the number, nearly 44,000 were personal message proposing marriage to Yadav.
Only 3,000 messages were related to road repair,” a government official stated.
He said most of these girls provided personal information including figure statistics, skin colour and height.
Yadav, 26, cricketer turned politician, is the younger son of Lalu Prasad and former chief minister Rabri Devi.
