KARACHI – Pakistani gorgeous TV star cum actress Mahira Khan has recently applauded another known star of Lollywood, Meera Jee for her upcoming movie Baaji in a heartwarming post. Acclaimed director Saqib Malik had last year announced his debut film as a director.
The Saqib Khan directorial film starring Meera Jee in a pivotal role would be high on the glamour and drama quotient. Shooting had already kickstarted for Baaji and now it seems, a few sequences are ready for preview as well.

Recently the Bol movie star, Mahira Khan, had the chance of previewing one of the songs of Baaji and the starlet couldn’t stop herself from praising the fellow star Meera Jee for her wonderful acting.

“I just saw a little preview of one of the songs of #pareyhutlove and the song and everyone in it is fantastic…but man you can’t look away from Meera Jee!! Owns every frame,” wrote the Zaalima girl on Twitter.
With the cast comprising of Meera, Osman Khalid Butt, Mohsin Abbas Haider, Ali Kazmi, Nayyar Ejaz, and Amna Ilyas, Baaji is a Saqib Malik directorial and pays homage to the golden era of Pakistani cinema. Set against the backdrop of ‘fading Lollywood and the emerging new order of the Pakistani film industry’ Baaji has been co-written by Irfan Ahmed Urfi and Saqib Malik and is expected to release sometime later this year.

Meera fued with Mahira has been a known thing in the industry over the past few years. Meera has continued to be vocal on her social media on how undeserving the actress is over the fame that she has got over the past few years.
As, Earlier Meera has mentioned, “There are better actors so please stop promoting Mahira. It is unfair to other stars in the film industry.” And also blamed Mahira from campaigning against her.
