SHENZHEN – Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei’s sister company Honor has launched its latest smartphone Honor 10 lite to attract the young consumers.
The smartphone features a 6.21-inch IPS LCD with the resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 415 ppi density and a water-drop notch on top.
The SoC on the Honor 10 lite is Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor (with support for GPU Turbo 2.0) coupled with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
For imaging there’s a dual camera setup of 13MP f/1.8 aperture + 2MP depth sensor; the game-changer is the 24 MP front-facing camera that can do pixel-binning to emulate 1.8µm pixel size and recognizes at least eight different scenes. It also learns from selfies and optimizes them with time.
In portrait mode users can change the shape of the face, its colour, the surrounding light, the size and colour of the eye.
The phone includes 3,000 mAh battery and latest EMUI 9, based on Android Pie that includes features like adaptive battery, adaptive brightness and Android Dashboard are now coming out of the box.
The smartphone is available in four colours – Midnight Black, Lily White, Gradient Blue, and Gradient Red.
Honor Pakistan is yet to announce the device.
