ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday said that he will suggest the government to shut-down Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) over bad performance.
The interior minister, while chairing a high-level meeting, took a hard line at the performance of different departments. The meeting was attended by interior secretary, Director General FIA and other key officials.
Nisar, during the meeting, said the officers should resign from their positions if they cannot take action against any notable hound. He alleged that FIA officials were forging the inquiry reports of several mega scandals.
