LAHORE – Salman Khan appeared in some epic movies over a decade back. One of those movies, 16 years back, was Tere Naam. The leading actress of the film was Bhumika Chawla, who is currently a renowned actress in the South Indian film industry. Now the latest is that there will be a sequel to Tere naam.
Satish told Mumbai Mirror in a report, “Yes It’s true, I am making Tere Naam 2 which is a love story. That’s all I can say for now.” A source added that the Tere Naam sequel is a love story revolving around a gangster and will be set in north India.
However, if Salman will return to play one of his most popular characters is yet to be revealed. Talking about the same, the source said, “Satish and Salman share a great bond and have recently worked together in Bharat. But it is yet to be decided if Salman will feature in the film or a new cast will be brought on board”.
It is uncertain whether Salman will be starring in Tere Naam 2. However, we cannot help but think of the haircut that his character Raadhe sported in Tere Naam. It was hilarious and it was unique. That hairstyle has inspired many memes over time and sends people into laughing fits.

Meanwhile, Salman is awaiting the release of Ali Abbas Zafar’s period drama Bharat, which is a remake of Korean drama Ode To My Father. The film, which also features Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Sunil Grover and Tabu in key roles, is scheduled to hit the theatres this Eid.
