ISLAMABAD (Online) – The Capital Development Authority has started making preparations for construction of a new picnic spot in the federal capital.
CDA’s Environment department has begun planning for the construction of a modern water canal in the suburban area of Shahdara. It has decided to hire foreign firms to make the plans operational under the “design, built, operate and transfer” formula.
CDA’s Environment department has also identified the land for this project and has shown availability of 200 kanal land in Shahdara.
CDA has also started expanding the road to leading up to the area, in addition to the building a water fall.
