Fourth Asian Hockey Champions Trophy 2016: India beat Pakistan by 3-2

LAHORE/KUANTAN – India defeated Pakistan by 3-2 in the nail-biting contest in the Fourth Asian Hockey Championship here on today (Sunday) in the Malaysian city of Kuantan.

Pakistan lost his first match against host Malaysia by 4-2 and won against Korea by 1-0.

India thrashed Japan by 10-2 in his opening match on Thursday.

Pakistan had won the champions trophy more than any other participating team. The green team defeated its traditional rival India by 5-4 in the final of 2012.
