Sheikh Rasheed makes huge claims about PML-N’s future in exclusive interview with Daily Pakistan

RAWALPINDI – The Panama case will be the final nail in the coffin for PML-N’s government as it has tainted its reputation more than the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He also declared that 2017 will be the election year.

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Sheikh Rasheed stated this during an interview with Daily Pakistan. Whether Nawaz Sharif wins the case, he will not be able to continue after it, he added.

Earlier, the sharif family had two flats in London, but now the number has increased to four, he said, adding that the public wanted to know the sources of money to buy them.

Responding to a question, Rashid said that Lal Haveli covered only five marlas land but those, who will try to occupy the haveli, will have to face intensive resistance. He highlighted that the PAT was the only party for which five youngsters living in the same street embraced martyrdom.

He also said that Imran Khan did not take u-turns, adding that some leaders of his party later adopted his stance after initial opposition.

Talking about Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) strategy, he said that only two parties, namely PAT and PTI, were giving a tough time to the government, while all others were corrupt parties.

If Aitzaz Ahsan and Latif Khosa came forward to contest Panama case against the PML-N, the PPP could get a better reputation, adding that they were not allowed to do so by Asif Ali Zardari.

He asks Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to follow the politics of his mother Benazir Bhutto and grandfather Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto instead of Asif Zardari.
