PM Sharif discusses bilateral ties with David Cameron

LONDON (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday held a meeting with his British counterpart David Cameron and discussed the matters of mutual interest.

Upon his arrival at the residence of the British prime minister, he was greeted by David Cameron who came outside of his flat to receive him.

Both exchanged views on the ongoing global issues and the bilateral ties between Pakistan and Britain.

Earlier, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif represented Pakistan at a ceremony to commemorate 100 years of Gallipoli in London.

Other world leaders including Turkey and Commonwealth countries also attended the ceremony.

The Gallipoli war was fought from April 1915 to January 1916 in which about 45,000 soldiers of European countries were killed.
