TEHRAN (News Desk) – Tehran has warned Washington against deploying warships in Iranian territorial waters in the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian Defence Minister Hossein Dehghan said we will monitor if the US ship violates our waters, we will confront them.
Meanwhile, Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook said US Navy ship fired warning shots toward an Iranian fast-attack craft that approached two US ships.
He said the boats were in international waters and that no violation was committed by the US.
