MUMBAI – Be it India’s ‘Padmavati’ or Pakistan’s ‘Verna’, the film industries of both nations have been facing adversity at the hands of extremists and political elements.

It should be noted that recently a dead body was found hanging with evidence of angst against film ‘Padmavati’ attached to it. Film ‘Verna’ also faced issues from CBFC because it represented the political elements in a negative light.
