OKARA – Prime minister Nawaz Sharif would be arriving in Okara today (Saturday) where he would be inaugurating wheat harvesting drive for the current year.
PML-N legislator Syed Ashiq Husain Kirmani along with other local leaders of the party would welcome the premier.
The prime minister would address a gathering at Football stadium, the arrangements for which have already been finalised.
Nawaz Sharif is expected to inaugurate wheat harvesting season at Shergarh near Renala Khurd.
The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of a six hundred million rupees gas supply scheme to some areas of NA-144 and a six hundred and thirty million rupees overhead bridge in Okara city.
This would be the first public appearance of premier Nawaz Sharif after the Panama verdict on April 20th.
