Forces clear 110 square kilometres area in Rajgal under Operation Khyber-4

RAWALPINDI – Under ongoing Operation Khyber-4, security forces have successfully cleared 110 square kilometres area in Rajgal valley by eliminating the terrorists, reported ISPR.

The operation was launched by Pakistan Army in order to “wipe out terrorists” in the area under Raddul Fasaad.

Forces cleared areas of  Wucha Wana, Bagh, Ziarat Sereh and Pak Darra.  A number of terrorist hideouts dismantled, IEDs neutralized during the search.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Rangers along with CTD and Punjab Police conducted operations against terrorists and their facilitators in Punjab.

During last 48 hrs, 42 suspects were apprehended from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore. The apprehended individuals are suspected of providing harbouring places to the terrorists in the suburbs of Lahore/Islamabad.
