SC to hear Imran Khan disqualification case on Monday

ISLAMABAD – A three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP), headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, is scheduled to hear a petition on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s disqualification on Monday (July 31).

Justice Umar Bandiyal and Justice Faisal Arab are part of the bench slated to hear the case.

The apex court has issued notices to all relevant parties in the case.

Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is also adjourned a plea seeking disqualification of Khan and Jehangir Tareen for an indefinite period.
