ISLAMABAD – The petroleum prices for the month of June are likely to go down as the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has forwarded a summary in this regard to the Ministry of Petroleum.
According to a report by Dunya News, the regulatory authority has recommended a Rs 2.10 per litre reduction in the prices of petrol.
In addition, a reduction of Rs 1.80 per litre in high-speed diesel and of Rs 1.50 per litre in light speed diesel has also been recommended.
Reportedly, the price of kerosene oil will be slashed by Rs 3 per litre, if the summary is approved by the ministry.
The final decision in this regard would be made by the ministry of Finance headed by Ishaq Dar.
