Pak-India tension: ICC withdraws Aleem Dar of India-England Test series

NEW DELHI – In wake of recent tension between two arch rivals which also affected sports and art, the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Sunday unanimously passed the decision to withdraw elite Pakistani umpire Aleem Dar out of the India vs England upcoming series in India.

Citing security concerns pertaining to the strained ties between India and Pakistan, the ICC decided that Aleem Dar would be withdrawn from the series.

Relationship between India and Pakistan have remained tense since Indian military martyred kashmir freedom fighter Burhan Wani Shaheed which followed state terrorism in occupied valley where more than 100 Kashmiris have been killed, dozens blinded and thousands wounded.
