LAHORE – Iqbal Memorial scored 65 runs victory over Baqa Gillani Club in a match of Lahore Super Ramazan T20 Cricket Tournament at Wahdat Eaglets ground on Friday.
Batting first, Iqbal Memorial piled up 183 with Rana Akram contributing highest 60, followed by Hasan Saeed 40 and Hamid 25.
From Baqa Gillani, Shahzaib took three wickets and Hamza got two wickets.
Baqa Gillani chasing the target were dismissed at 118. Their batsmen failed to bat responsibly and fell cheaply.
Their main run-getters were Shahzaib 32, and Ahmad and Murad 20 runs each.
Hamza claimed three wickets from winners and Kashif and Hasan Saeed snapped up two wickets apiece.
