KARACHI (Online)- An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday put off hearing of a case against MQM leader Amir Khan till October 10.
When the ATC took up the case for hearing, the police presented an interim charge sheet against Khan and five other MQM workers, who have been declared absconders.
The court while accepting the charge sheet ordered for immediate arrest of the absconders identified as Naeem, Ejaz, Raees, Imran and Shehzad. Khan has been facing charges of instigating terrorism and harbouring criminals.
