LAHORE (Staff Report) – Gorgeous Mawra Hocane, Pakistan’s popular drama actress cum model who recently signed three films in Bollywood, on Monday turned 23, just days after Eros entertainment announced the release date of her first movie “Sanam Teri Kasam”.

The Islamabad based Hocane girl made her debut in Pakistani dramas with “Mere Huzoor” after successful transition to acting career from being VJ just like her sister Urwa Hocane.
The actress took it to social media networks to share celebrations and preparations for her birthday earlier this week.

Recently her drama “Main Bushra” also earned multiple nominations at Lux Style Awards 2015.

Mawra Hocane is a great supporter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and she has been seen attending several political rallies as well.
Last month she also fell prey to a controversy for supporting Indian movie Phantom that was banned by a Pakistani court after it was found to be anti-Pakistan. Her opinion pushed her across Pakistani film star Shan Shahid who began #BanMawraHocane campaign on social media.
Apart from criticism Mawra Hocane also earned lots of appreciation for having a logical point which she expressed at Facebook page following the rage.
