TOKYO (News Desk) – World’s oldest man Yasutaro Koide Tuesday died in Japan’s city of Nagoya at the age of 112 years.
Yasutaro Koide was born on March 13, 1903 and Guinness World Records named him as world’s oldest man in August last year.
On the eve of his nomination when asked how to live such a long life, Koide told responded to newsmen saying “by living joyfully.”
Currently United States’ Susannah Mushatt Jones holds the title of world’s oldest woman, according to figures available with Daily Pakistan Global. She is 116 now.
Ms Jones had replaced Japan’s Misao Okawa, who died at 117 last year.
