LAHORE (Staff Report) – Former Director Institute of Communication and Studies (ICS) Punjab University Dr Ahsan Akhtar Naz passed away at around 9pm on Thursday.
He was under treatment at Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
Funeral will be offered after Friday prayers at main Jamia Masjid Punjab University, new campus.
Dr Naz started his career as Public Relation Officer and elevated to the post of Director ICS.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sahrif, Governor Punjab Rafiq Rajwana and Punjab University VC Mujahid Kamran have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of Naz and prayed for departure soul.
