RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – Corps commanders’ conference led by Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Monday approved countrywide combing operation.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) department, the Corps’ commanders meeting was held under the leadership of COAS General Raheel Sharif.
The external and internal security of the country was brought under discussion along with the operational preparations of the army upon which satisfaction was expressed in the meeting.
The forum was briefed in detail about internal and external security situation of the country. Participants of the conference also dwelt at length on operational preparedness, training and other professional matters.
Furthermore, green signal was given in regards to carrying out a countrywide combing operation.
