ISLAMABAD – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued guidelines for parents to want to apply for the B-Form of their children.
Parents seeking a NADRA B-Form for their children should verify their own records and the child’s birth details before submitting an application to avoid unnecessary delays.
The registration authority said applications for a child’s B-Form can be submitted at a NADRA office or through the Pak-ID mobile application.
Both parents must have valid and active identity cards. Their personal information in NADRA records, including names, spouse details and CNIC numbers, should also be accurate and complete.
Parents should ensure that their marital status is correctly recorded in NADRA’s database. An incorrect status, such as being listed as unmarried, may cause difficulties or delays in obtaining the B-Form.
The child’s birth must also be properly registered with the relevant Union Council. Any errors in the birth record should be corrected before applying.
Children above three years of age are required to provide a photograph and fingerprints, meaning they should accompany their parents during the application process.
Parents are advised to carefully verify all information before submitting their applications, as the B-Form is an important identity document for children.
