LAHORE – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif has announced to name Lahore’s important road after Abdul Sattar Edhi on Saturday.
According to media reports, CM Punjab said that he has always inspired Edhi’s social work and his determination towards serving humanity.
He stated that out that great humanitarian will always be recollected in the memories of people being in the entire cosmos.
Shehbaz Sharif said that no one can meet the place given by Abdul Sattar Edhi as he has taught to exist for others.
On the other hand, funeral prayers of Edhi have been offered at National Stadium in Karachi.
