ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) got a new secretary after five-month span as Baber Yaqoob Fateh assumed charge of the office on Thursday, media reported on Thursday.
Chief Election Commissioner, Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza has hoped that the appointment would help to resolve several issues.
Baber who has replaced Ishtiaque Ahmed, is facing manifold challenges including reservations of political parties, electoral reforms and the task of delimitation of constituencies.
