Heavy rain turns weather pleasant in Lahore

LAHORE – Residents of Lahore were given relief from the sweltering heat after monsoon rains turned the weather pleasant on Friday (Today).

Different parts of the city including Defense,Walton and Cantt received torrential downpours, as the heat-stricken locals took to social media to share the joy at the rains.

Following the showers, electricity supply was interrupted in scattered places of the city.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Islamabad, Kashmir, Malakand, and Rawalpindi in next 24 hours.
